Who Won the Tesla?

Yeo Valley Organic on pack competition
We joined up with our friends at Octopus Energy for the competition

The lucky winner of our brand-new Tesla electric car from last year’s on-pack partnership with Octopus Energy has been announced as Alison from Devon.

Alison was handed the keys to a new Tesla model 3 car having been picked from over one-million entries. Alison said: “It’s difficult to put into words how I have been feeling, but I can tell you I haven’t stopped smiling since being chosen as the winner of this Tesla Model 3.”

It was our first competition inspiring people to live more sustainably and to put nature first. We believe that by taking small steps, we can collectively make a positive impact on the environment and help slow down climate change. Making changes to our buying habits such as choosing organic, using renewable energy and driving electric cars are all easy ways we can Put Nature First in our everyday lives.

We partnered up with our friends at Octopus Energy for the competition and they were really pleased with how the competition went. “As we continue to drive the green energy revolution, it’s important to spread the love about green energy, green products and green vehicles. We’re so excited for Alison winning her brand-spanking new electric car and getting on the road with us on the journey to a cleaner world.”

The competition ran from March until August 2020, and Alison was selected by an independent prize company to be the lucky winner, following nearly 1.2 million entries.

As well as the chance to win a brand-new electric car, thousands of tree-planting prizes were also available for runners-up. We can’t wait to see how the trees get on over the next few years and of course, hope that Alison continues to enjoy her amazing prize!

We were inspired to re-plant a lost orchard here in the valley, you can click here to find out more!
