Spend a morning with our Chefs, sit back and relax whilst watching them create dishes to replicate back at home (all with a twist of Yeo). Includes breakfast with coffee, and lunch using organic ingredients sourced in and around the valley.

The demonstration was first rate. Very informative and entertaining. The lunch was disappointing. Just kedgeree but not cooked with rice but quinoa which did not absorb the sauce and gave the meal the appearance of a plate of soup. Left an unpleasant aftertaste.

I think the whole event was fantastic. Staff are welcoming, down to earth and friendly which is lovely. The demonstration and tasting was superb and I wouldn’t recommend changing anything. The food at breakfast and lunch was also wonderful. I’d come again. Very pleased with my sourdough starter too.

Thanks for putting on such a great morning. Nice breakfast, brilliant demo that never flagged across the full 3 hours. Then a tasty lunch to finish off our first visit – we will be back after the virus.

Really interesting & very enjoyable. Paul did amazingly well at cooking and talking us through several dishes as well as giving thoughtful and knowledgeable answers, even on the ecology and politics of food as we were interested in that. Delicious food, lovely visitors, and beautiful location.
