Come Forage with Flavour Fred
New for 2023! A morning of discovery around the Yeo Valley Organic fields and hedgerows.
Flavour Fred (or just George between friends) has 16 years of foraging experience under his belt. In this brand new Yeo event, join us in the valley for an immersive 2-hour walk in nature, identifying and sampling edible plants, plus learning all about their nutritional value.
The walk will be followed by a 2-course lunch in the Yeo Valley Organic Garden Cafe, where our very own Chef Ali will present a delicious menu featuring the foraged ingredients. And don’t worry, you won’t leave empty-handed: we’ll send you off with recipe cards showcasing the delicious meals to make at home!
