FAQs

We get lots of questions here at Yeo Valley. So many, in fact, that we thought it might be handy to put the ones we hear most often, all in one place. And that place is here.

The Organic Garden FAQs

  • Visiting
    • How can I find the garden?

      We’re at:
      Yeo Valley Organic Garden,
      Holt Farm, Bath Road, Blagdon,
      North Somerset,
      BS40 7SQ

It’s best to come by car, but don’t use sat nav or it’ll send you on a wild goose chase.

    • When can I visit?

Our Organic Garden and Café are open from 19th April to the end of September 2018, Thursdays and Fridays from 11am t0 5pm.

    • Does it cost to visit the garden?

It’s £5 to come and look around, but kids go free.

    • Can I come to the café without visiting the garden?

Sadly not, it’s situated within the garden and is open to garden visitors only.

    • What about parking?

There’s plenty of space for parking, whether you’re coming by car or coach.

    • What is the disabled access like?

The garden is large (6.5 acres) and has lots of steps, paths, gravel and some open water, so it isn’t all wheelchair-accessible. But, you can easily get around various parts of the garden – and visit our lovely cafe too.
If you’d like to know more about accessibility, give us a ring on 01761 461 425.

    • Can I bring my dog?

The garden is part of a working farm so sadly, as much as we love them, we can’t let them in.

Our car park doesn’t benefit from much shade, so it’d be best to leave your dog at home.

  • The Café
    • Is there a café menu I can look at before I visit?

Yes! This is the current menu.

    • I've got some dietary needs – is the café ok with that?

We always have a vegetarian and gluten free option available. If you’ve got any other dietary requirements, just let us know when you book and we’ll be happy to look after you.

    • How is the café different to the Canteen?

All of the food supplied to the garden café comes from the Canteen at our HQ. It includes delicious cakes and light lunches.

    • Can I book a table in the garden café?

We’re afraid we don’t take any bookings at the café.

If you have a question, and it’s not answered here, do get in touch. It’s always lovely to hear from you.
