  • 2 English apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 100ml (31/2floz) freshly pressed English apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 250g (9oz) Yeo Valley 0% Fat Vanilla yogurt
    1. Place the apples, juice and cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth (a KitchenAid Artisan Blender would be perfect).
    2. Add the yogurt and blend until creamy.
    3. Serve immediately.

Why not try adding half a piece of preserved ginger to the smoothie for a spicy kick
