  • 6 passion fruit
  • 4tbsp elderflower cordial
  • 375ml (13floz) Yeo Valley Natural yogurt
  1. Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp and seeds.
  2. Place in a blender (a KitchenAid Artisan Blender would be perfect) with the elderflower cordial and yogurt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses to serve.
  4. Variations: If you don’t like the seeds strain the passion fruit pulp through a sieve before adding to the blender.
  5. This is equally delicious using Yeo Valley Peach & Apricot yogurt.
