Green Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients

200g Courgette
1 Avocado
200g Frozen spinach
1 Banana
200g Yeo Valley Kefir
1 tbsp. Almond Butter

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender along with 100ml of water – you could use coconut water.
  2. Blend until totally smooth & serve while chilled.
