Raspberry and Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Yeo Valley Peach Bio Light Yogurt
1 handful of frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Splash of Yeo Valley Semi Skimmed Milk

Method

1. Put a handful of frozen raspberries in a blender with one Yeo Valley Peach Bio Light Yogurt, a splash of milk and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

2. Begin blending and add more milk until you have a thickness you’re happy with.

3. Serve in a glass to drink or add a little less milk to make a smoothie bowl, and top with granola and more fruit.
