Events Terms & Conditions

  1. Once booked, if you are not able to attend, you may transfer your “Events in the Valley” booking to another person. Please update your booking online, or provide us with a name and an updated valid email address for the new guest.
  2. If a cancellation is made seven days or more prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, less the eventbrite booking fee of approx £4 pp.
  3. If you need to cancel your booking between seven days and 48 hours prior to the event, you may swap your booking for another date, subject to availability (in the case of it being a special one off event, you will be refunded 50% less the eventbrite booking fee of approx £4 pp).
  4. If you cancel a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will not receive a refund or be able to swap your booking for another date.
  5. For “Events in the Valley” yeokens offers, recipients must claim their offer to receive a unique code, and an Eventbrite booking link, and then enter their unique code to book their ticket. These offers must be redeemed by 5th September 2023 unless otherwise stated. Subject to availability and opening times. See yeovalley.co.uk/yeokens/spend/ for details.
    1. One claim equals one entry for one person, unless otherwise stated.
    2. Your “Events in the Valley” yeokens code is valid for six months from the date of exchange of Yeokens for the offer.
