The Recipe

We took some inspiration from our Bio Light range to come up with this healthy and fat-free breakfast recipe, you could substitute any of our other Bio Light flavours if you fancy switching it up too!

Ingredients
Method

2 x 100g Yeo Valley Blueberry and Blackcurrant Bio Light yogurts
30g porridge oats
100g frozen mixed berries

1. Empty two Yeo Valley Blueberry and Blackcurrant Bio Light Yogurts into a medium-sized airtight container with a lid.
2. Add in porridge oats and frozen mixed berries and stir together.
3. Secure the lid on the container and leave in the fridge overnight.
4. Serve in the morning, topped with fresh fruit of your choice.
