We use the unsalted variety for everything. It’s creamy and so soft and it’s organic! As it’s real butter I can keep it on the kitchen worktop. I stick it into a small, dry bowl and fill the bowl with water a bit higher than the butter. It stays easily spreadable on room temperature and the water helps to keep it fresh for more than a week. <3

Only buy Yeo unsalted butter for cooking and spreading as we try to eat a healthy diet, and organic foods as much as possible.

Great tasting butter. Good for baking and spreading. Love knowing where the cows live and only fed on grass. Two drawbacks, Sainsbury’s, my main shop, only sell salted, so a trip to Waitrose is needed and no Yeo tokens :(.

The very best butter for baking. You really can taste the difference! My almond polenta lemon cake has quite a reputation. I am sure it is the vast quantity of this creamy butter that makes it taste so moreish. Well, a little of what you fancy!
