Melted over asparagus, new potatoes or broad beans is simple and divine. I spread it on crackers and cheese scones but it makes a wonderful buttercream with either added chocolate (or cocoa), vanilla essence or lemon zest.

– AurelijaI buy Yeo Valley butter regularly, as I find its taste and quality the best among what’s out there. The taste reminds me of my childhood, growing up in a small village. Toast with some Yeo butter on it is priceless. To be honest, I sometimes eat (rather ‘taste’) butter on its own.
