– Philip TaylorExcellent cream, crap top. Attempting to break the seal between the top and the retaining ring leaves nasty jagged edges on both. Re-design required (empty bottle available for examination on request).

– Barbara MuroniPreferred flavour and texture of previous version, especially when whipped, which we used a lot. It was the best cream we ever had. So disappointed with this, which is ok but no longer outstanding for us. Nutritional content on this site is different than that given by most retailers and recipes do not come out the same so really think cream has been changed. Great that bottle is recyclable but you cannot get all of the cream out, and it is already less than it used to be. Bring old product back please. This liquefies again after whipping when mixed with certain ingredients ruining desserts. Previous one did not. And yeokens please!

– AbbyReally annoyed by the new bottles – cannot get the cream out properly when it goes solid, ‘swilling with milk’ doesn’t work when that happens, totally pointless change, and bottles look tacky anyway (like cheapo salad cream). Boo!

– Alan BondLovely product, but packaging is fiddly (the top is a pain to unscrew!!) and the Yokens seem to have vanished too… I’m giving the product four out of five because I love the cream but you get zero out of five for the packaging; it needs a rethink!!

– Gill HoweLove your cream and the idea of this bottle. But this change of packaging has resulted in an even smaller quantity of cream. It was always irritating that your cream was in a small pot 227ml as most recipes call for the standard 300ml (or multiples of this). But at 200ml this is even smaller and more expensive.
