Simply the best Greek yoghurt!

This is absolutely delicious Greek style yoghurt. I’ve made a concerted effort to decrease refined carbohydrates in my diet and not totally remove, but reduce the intake of dairy. Initially I was hungry all the time till I found this Yeo Valley Greek style yoghurt- this is absolutely delicious with crushed nuts, berries, dessicated coconut and chia seeds. It keeps the hunger at bay for many hours. It’s been a complete revelation to eat food in its’ natural form and I would not go back to the fat free versions of yoghurts. This is food at its most delicious and purest, thank you.

The Yoghurt is really nice. Taste is brilliant, Not Sour. Which is great when eating a natural yoghurt. Texture is pristine, Contents is Worthy of its price, and Nice pots too. Perfect.

Along with thousands, it seems, I love this yogurt. I have it as part of my lunch every weekday I am at home, mostly with summer fruits but any fruit available or, as a special treat with a dollop of runny honey. Exquisite!!
