Here are our top-tips on how to get the best results when freezing milk:
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within the Best Before date
If possible decant into a container, leaving some room for expansion (in case your bottle bursts!)
Defrost in the fridge and enjoy within 24hrs of defrosting

– Steve EllisIm the only user of milk in house, so 1 litre has to last sometimes up to a week, i found ordinary milk went off within 3 to 4 days, no good for tea. Yeo lasts over 7 day, so no wastage. Plus it tastes so much better, only use full fat milk. Also it makes great batters. Scrum!

I purchased the Yeo Valley whole milk from my local Tesco’s yesterday & gave my son some in his bottle before bed & I noticed he drunk his bottle a lot quicker & seemed it enjoy it. I tried some in my cup of tea this morning & noticed it tasted a lot nicer. I decided to have a glass & it is the nicest milk I have ever tried, it’s so creamy, it really is amazing

– JaneI love your full-cream milk and get upset if I run out and cannot get it locally. I make my own yoghurt and find it makes the best “Greek” yoghurt ever. The secret for me is, after the yoghurt is made I do not stir it, but leave it to settle for 24 hours in the fridge and then pour off the whey (which I use in my smoothies). Amazingly creamy thick yoghurt remains. Great for tzatziki or raita or on it’s own with honey or stewed fruit.
