Lemon Curd

You know how there are some combinations that just work perfectly, like scones and jam, or tea and buttered toast? Well this is another one.

There’s something wonderful about the creaminess of the whole milk yogurt and the sweetness of the lemon curd coming together in this recipe.

This yoghurt is so rich, creamy and well – flavoured that you feel like you are being naughty eating it. The smooth lemon flavour and wonderful consistency make it difficult to stop eating and leave for someone else in the family to enjoy.

Love the tarty creamy freshness of this yoghurt. And for a change I sometimes add mini lemon meringues and chopped stem ginger for an extra ‘kick’!

I love this yoghurt as it is so lemony and not artificially sweetened. I eat it on muesli for breakfast and dolloped on puddings instead of cream. Just delicious!
