Made with real fruit and nothing artificial, the Mango and Strawberry & Passion Fruit flavours bring a bright, fruity twist to our thick organic Greek Recipe Yogurt.

How much protein do you get in the Greek Recipe yogurt?

Each serving of Greek Recipe Yogurt provides 13g of protein, making it an easy and delicious way to add more protein to your day from a natural wholefood source.

Why is Greek Recipe Yogurt a good source of protein?

Greek Recipe Yogurt is a good source of protein because it is strained after fermentation. This additional step removes some of the whey and naturally occurring sugars, leaving a thick, high-protein yogurt.

Why is protein important?

There are thousands of proteins in the body, and they support a huge variety of functions, from building enzymes and making antibodies for the immune system to supporting the growth and repair of muscles and tissues. Protein has also been associated with increased satiety, so it can help keep you feeling fuller for longer.

What’s the difference between Greek Recipe Yogurt and regular yogurt?

The key difference is the extra straining step which is the traditional method of making Greek yogurt. After fermentation, the Greek Recipe Yogurt is strained through very fine membranes to remove some of the whey, including some of the naturally occurring lactose sugars. This creates a thicker yogurt with a naturally higher protein content than regular yogurt.

What is the difference between Greek Recipe and Greek Style Yogurt?

Greek Recipe Yogurt is made using a straining process that creates a thick, high-protein yogurt. Greek Style Yogurt does not go through that same additional straining process, but it still has a lovely thick texture thanks to the selection of cultures used and its slightly higher fat content.

What ingredients are in the new flavoured Greek Recipe Yogurts?

We use simple ingredients to create our flavoured Greek Recipe Yogurts: our natural Greek Recipe Yogurt blended with organic fruit and a little organic sugar. Lemon juice and natural flavourings help bring out the fruit flavour, and we never use anything artificial, which means no ingredients like artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Why choose organic yogurt?

There are many reasons why organic is a good choice, from the environmental impacts, cows spending plenty of time in outdoors on pastures, as well as the quality of the milk and potential nutritional benefits. On our farms, our cows are grazing on diverse pastures, which supports the diversity of the ecosystem and is free of pesticides, which all translates into the quality and nutrition of the milk.

What is the best way to enjoy the new Greek Recipe Yogurts?

They can be enjoyed straight from the pot, but we also love them spooned over granola, topped with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds if you’re looking to add more fibre and goodness to your bowl.
