Creamy Harissa Bean

If you are looking for a savoury breakfast, then look no further, these creamy harissa beans are packed with goodness that will keep you fuelled and ready for the day.
Ingredients
400g Butter beans (We love using the ones in jars as they are slow-cooked. They are also lovely, soft and full of flavour)
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp Harissa paste
2 tbsp Yeo Valley Organic Greek Style Yogurt
Serve with toasted sourdough, fried egg and some rocket.
Method
1. Heat a large pan over a medium heat, add a little oil to the pan followed by your sliced onion and cook for 5-10 minutes until the onion is soft and starts to caramelise.
2. Add the beans to the pan followed by the harissa paste and toss together for a few minutes until your beans are hot and nicely coated. Turn off the heat and allow to cool down slightly before stirring through the Yeo Valley Organic Greek Style yogurt.
3. Serve your beans on some toasted sourdough with a fried egg and some greens.
