This simple yogurt sauce, using our Natural whole milk yogurt can be whipped up in no time and is the perfect pairing to any lamb dish.
Ingredients
Large bunch of fresh mint
250g Yeo Valley Organic Natural yogurt
Juice of half a fresh lemon
Salt to season
Method
Roughly chop the fresh mint before mixing through natural yogurt with the lemon juice and seasoning.
Serve with rack of lamb and dauphinoise potatoes
