
Christmas Turkey Quesadilla
Wrap your taste buds in holiday bliss with these Christmas Turkey Quesadillas. Leftover turkey, melted cheese, and a dash of cranberry creates a tasty and playful Boxing day delight.
Ingredients
Tortilla Wraps
- 150g Cranberry Sauce
- 250g Shredded Turkey Meat
- 100g Christmas Stuffing
- 100g Yeo Valley Organic Mature Cheddar Cheese
- Thyme
Dip
- 200g Yeo Valley Organic Sour Cream
- 150g Mayonnaise
- 30g Yeo Valley Organic Mature Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 15g Chives (chopped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
- ½ lemon
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Firstly, make the dip by combining all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the tortilla wraps in half. On one side add all of the filling ingredients and close the wrap.
- Heat a frying pan on a medium heat and toast the tortilla wrap on one side for 2 minutes and then flip it over to toast the other side. Both sides should be golden brown with the cheese melting into the turkey.
