Fruity baked oats
An incredibly comforting breakfast to wake up to on a winter’s morning – fruity baked oats served with a dollop of Greek Style Natural Yogurt, berries and honey.
Ingredients
80g rolled oats
200g Yeo Valley Greek Style Natural Yogurt
2 eggs
200g mixed berries (whatever your favourites are)
A few drops of vanilla extract
To serve:
A couple of spoonfuls of Yeo Valley Greek Style Natural Yogurt
A sprinkling of berries
A drizzle of honey or maple syrup depending on your preference
Method
- Mix your yogurt, eggs, oats and vanilla extract together until fully combined.
- Once combined, stir the berries into the mixture and pour into two small dishes (or one slightly larger dish).
- Bake at 180c for 30 minutes until golden.
- When taken out of the oven, allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then top with your yogurt, berries and chosen drizzle!
