Fruity baked oats

An incredibly comforting breakfast to wake up to on a winter’s morning – fruity baked oats served with a dollop of Greek Style Natural Yogurt, berries and honey.

Ingredients

80g rolled oats

200g Yeo Valley Greek Style Natural Yogurt

2 eggs

200g mixed berries (whatever your favourites are)

A few drops of vanilla extract

 

To serve:

A couple of spoonfuls of Yeo Valley Greek Style Natural Yogurt

A sprinkling of berries

A drizzle of honey or maple syrup depending on your preference

Method

  1. Mix your yogurt, eggs, oats and vanilla extract together until fully combined.
  2. Once combined, stir the berries into the mixture and pour into two small dishes (or one slightly larger dish).
  3. Bake at 180c for 30 minutes until golden.
  4. When taken out of the oven, allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then top with your yogurt, berries and chosen drizzle!
