
Kefir Bark
Ingredients
1 pot of your favourite Kefir
A handful of frozen mixed berries
Method
1. Line a small tray with baking paper, and empty out a pot of Kefir onto the lined tray. You can do this with two different flavours and ripple through with a spoon to make it marbled
2. Spread the yogurt out until you have an even puddle.
3. Scatter a handful of frozen berries over the top.
4. Freeze for a few hours or overnight. Once frozen, snap into shards of ‘bark’ and keep in the freezer until you get peckish!
