Kefir Overnight Oats

Method

  1. Combine the strawberry kefir, grated apple, oats, honey and cranberries in a bowl and leave it covered overnight.

  2. The next day, if the yoghurt mix is very thick, loosen it up by stirring through a dash of milk.

  3. Top with any extra serving suggestions and enjoy.
