
Kefir Overnight Oats
Enjoy waking up with a fresh, fruity breakfast each morning with our Kefir Overnight Oat recipe. Your gut will thank you too!
Ingredients
- 350g Strawberry Kefir
- 1 Apple (grated)
- 70g Oats
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries
- Yeo Valley Organic Milk
- Serving suggestions – nut butter (almond or peanut), fruit compote or roasted nuts.
Method

Combine the strawberry kefir, grated apple, oats, honey and cranberries in a bowl and leave it covered overnight.

The next day, if the yoghurt mix is very thick, loosen it up by stirring through a dash of milk.

Top with any extra serving suggestions and enjoy.
