Simple Herb Dip

Cool, creamy yogurt, bold garlic, and a hit of citrus - this dip is perfect for scooping, spreading, or spooning.
Ingredients
2 cloves of roasted garlic (you can use fresh)
A handful of soft herbs - dill, basil, parsley
Juice of half a lemon
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
A pinch of salt and pepper
Method
Start by roasting your garlic by wrapping a garlic bulb in foil and placing it in a preheated oven (180°c) for 20 minutes until soft. You can use fresh garlic, but roasted garlic is delicious and slightly less punchy in flavour.
To make the dip, place 250g Greek recipe yoghurt in a bowl. Squeeze your roasted garlic out of its skin and add to the yogurt. Add your chopped herbs, lemon juice and salt and pepper and stir to combine. Finish off by drizzling over your oil and adding a grind of pepper.
