This cool summery shake is just the thing to hit the spot on a sunny morning.
Ingredients
200 ml Yeo Valley Organic Whole Milk or Yeo Valley Organic Semi-Skimmed Milk
2 large handfuls of strawberries
1 small banana (use frozen to make it extra cold and delicious)
2 tbsp oats
1 tsp honey
Method
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
