Baked Banana and date pots

With no added sugar, these naturally sweet little desserts are quick to prepare and hit the spot if you are looking for a midweek dessert.
Ingredients

4 small ramekins
Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
3 medjool date stones removed
2 large organic eggs
120 ml of Yeo Valley Organic Whole milk
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C fan. Prepare 4 small ramekins by greasing with a little butter and placing them in a high-sided baking tray.
2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture into the ramekins.
3. Place the ramekins in a baking tray and fill with just boiled water. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes until golden and set through.
4. Top with fruit of choice; we have used seasonal poached plums.
