This porridge is given a nutritional lift by using these amazing seeds to add fibre, protein and healthy fats that will keep you feeling energised.

60g Organic oats
20g shelled hemp seeds
20g flax seeds
20g chia seeds
350 ml Yeo Valley Organic Whole Milk
Optional 1 tbsp almond butter
Top with poached seasonal (we have used plums), Yeo Valley Organic Granola, and a blob of Yeo Valley Organic Natural Kefir.
Method
1. Put your oats and milk in a pan over a low to medium heat, add your seeds and stir cooking gently for 5 minutes or until you reach your desired consistency.
2. Top with seasonal poached fruit, a blob of kefir yogurt, almond butter and some Yeo Valley Organic granola for some extra crunch.
Tip: For the poached plums, we have gently cooked plum halves with star anise and a little sugar until soft.
