These supercharged pots are packed with fibre, protein, and healthy fats thanks to the chia seeds. The addition of milk and Greek recipe yogurt boosts the protein content, and Matcha is packed with antioxidants.

200ml Yeo Valley Organic Whole Milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp matcha powder – matcha can have quite a bitter flavour, so titrate this as per your taste preference.
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional sweetener 1tsp honey

Method
1. In a jar or a bowl, mix your chia seeds with the matcha powder, vanilla extract, milk (and honey if using). You will need to wait about 5-10 minutes for your chia pudding to thicken, stirring occasionally. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk to thin it out.
To serve top with a dollop of Yeo Valley Greek Recipe yogurt, chopped bananas, and blueberries.
