These toddler-friendly bagels come together using three simple ingredients and make a delicious breakfast or snack for little ones to enjoy throughout the day.

Ingredients

150g self-raising flour

150g Little Yeos Greek Yogurt

50g blueberries

1 egg

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180C

2. In a bowl, mix together the self-raising flour and Greek yogurt until it combines to form a soft dough.

3. Gently fold in the blueberries

4. Divide the dough into 3-4 pieces. Roll each piece into a sausage shape and join the ends together to form a bagel.

5. Place the bagels onto a lined baking tray.

6. Brush over the bagels with an egg wash to add a golden colour when cooking.

7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until lightly golden and cooked throughout.

Allow to cool before serving.
