Mango and Coconut baked oats

Start your day with these naturally sweet mango and coconut baked oats. Perfect for little ones, especially when served alongside our Little Yeos Greek-style yogurt pots for extra goodness.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 egg
200g rolled oats
30g desiccated coconut
200ml Yeo Valley Organic whole milk
140g mango pieces
served with Little Yeos Greek style yogurt pots
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, mash the banana and mix in the egg, oats, desiccated coconut and whole milk until well combined. Fold in the mango chunks, ensuring an even distribution of ingredients. Break down any larger chunks of mango as you stir.
3. Transfer the oat mixture to a greased and lined 20x20 baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the oatmeal is set and golden brown on top.
5. Once baked, allow the oatmeal to cool slightly before slicing it into squares or bite-sized pieces for serving.
