If you want to give your gut some love this year, try these kefir shots, packed with the live cultures of kefir and added fibre. They are delicious and easy to prep ahead.

Ingredients

Mango

300ml Yeo Valley Organic Natural Drinking Kefir

100g Frozen Mango

Thumb-sized amount of turmeric – peeled and grated or use 1 tsp of ground turmeric

5cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

Berry

300ml Yeo Valley Organic Natural Drinking Kefir

100 g Frozen berries

1 tbsp Milled mixed seeds

Method

1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. If it's a little thick, you can add some milk or water to get your desired consistency. Either serve in glasses or keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
