
Chocolate and Yogurt Cookies
Ingredients
250g unsalted butter
100g caster sugar
150g muscovado sugar
2 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 tbsp of yeo valley natural yogurt
200g plain flour
100g cocoa powder
150g dark chocolate drops
Method
- First, beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and yogurt and beat well before storing through the vanilla paste/extract.
- Gradually add the yogurt and egg mixture to the sugar and butter mixing slowly, then fold in the flour, cocoa and chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into golf sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180C.
- Allow to cool on the tray.
