
Christmas Sliders
Mini buns packed with leftover turkey, gooey mozzarella, and a sprinkle of joy. Slide into the holiday spirit with these Christmas Turkey Sliders. It’s a merry munch in every bite!
Ingredients
Herby Butter
- 100-150g Yeo Valley salted Butter (softened)
- 15g Parsley (chopped)
6 White Baps (or 12 mini baps)
- 400g Turkey Meat (Cooked & shredded)
- 150g Christmas Stuffing
- 150 Roasted Vegetables (e.g. butternut squash and red onion)
- 75 Yeo Valley Mature Organic Cheddar Cheese
- 75g Grated Mozzarella
Method
- Heat the oven to 180C
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and herbs.
- Slice the baps in half. Butter the baps on both sides.
- Top the bottom of the baps with all of the ingredients and add the bap top. Place the baps on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 8 minutes, until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
