
Gizzi Erskine’s Brandy Butter
Brandy butter is the perfect boozy accompaniment to top your warm mince pies and Christmas puddings. Whip this recipe up in no time and please the masses over the holidays.
Ingredients
- 250g Yeo Valley Organic Unsalted Butter
- 4 tablespoons Brandy – Gizzi recommends the Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge Cognac & Orange Liqueur for its citrus tang
- 100g Caster sugar
- 100g Light muscovado sugar
Method
- Pop all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth & creamy.
- Serve straight away or store in an airtight container and keep for up to three weeks.
