Yeo Valley Organic Lamb Burger Recipe

Lamb burger with a minted feta yogurt sauce

BBQ season is finally back! Impress your guests with this tasty lamb burger and mint yogurt sauce recipe.

800g Lamb mince

1 Medium slice of bread – dried & blitzed for breadcrumbs

1 Pack of feta

250g Yeo Valley Organic Natural Yogurt

20g Mint leaves

4 Brioche buns

1 Lettuce

2 Large Tomatoes


  1. Mix the mince, dried breadcrumbs & seasoning in a bowl & then make into 4 burger patties. 
  2. Put the feta, yogurt & mint in a blender & whiz until thick & smooth.
  3. BBQ your burgers on each side for 7 mins until brown & cooked through. 
  4. Add your buns for a few mins to char slightly & then layer your burger as you please! Finishing by pouring over the delicious feta sauce!
