
Mixed Berry Eton Mess
This dessert takes just a few minutes to put together, its the perfect non-cook summery sweet treat!
Ingredients
220g Yeo Valley Mixed Berry Compote
450g Yeo Valley 5% Super Thick Natural Yogurt, stirred
6 meringue nests (shop brought), broken
200g strawberries, hulled and quartered
100g blueberries
Method
1. Take your serving glasses or dish and begin layering the ingredients. Begin with compote at the bottom, followed by Super Thick yogurt, then broken meringues and top with fruit
2. Repeat the layers finishing with Super Thick yogurt
3. Decorate with fruit and a drizzle of compote
4. Serve immediately and smile at the deliciousness!
