Sweet meets savoury in this juicy lamb burger, with just the right balance of richness and a hint of sweetness in every bite.

Ingredients

1 pack Yeo Valley Organic Lamb Burger

Brioche Rolls

1 Pomegranate

Gorgonzola Slices

Handful of Fresh Rocket

Method

1. First, cut the pomegranate in half and turn it over flesh side down into a bowl and with a rolling pin, gently tap the back of the skin, and the seeds will start falling out.

2. To cook the burgers, you can either grill, bake, fry, BBQ or air fry! The main things to remember when cooking your burgers are to make sure they are piping hot, fully cooked through, juices running clear, and no pink meat remaining.

3. Assemble by toasting your bun and placing the cooked burger onto the bun. Then place the gorgonzola on top of the burger, letting it melt. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on the melted cheese, so they stick. Finally, layer the fresh rocket and the toasted burger lid.
