Love this fat free creme fraiche. Brilliant between chilli and rice. Add sweetener for dessert use. Cook with it no problem can only think that other reviewers stir in when on the heat/too hot. Couple of the big supermarkets always out of stock lately. Please don’t stop producing such a healthy alternative!
