Blackberry & Pear Crumble Bar

Have a go at creating this tasty snack - the perfect recipe for an on-the-go breakfast!
Ingredients
For the Crumble Mix
- 200g flour 
- 100g oats 
- 125g cold Yeo Valley Organic Unsalted Butter 
- 125g sugar 
- 1 tsp. cinnamon 
- 1 tsp. ground ginger 
- Pinch of salt 
For the Filling
- 200g blackberries 
- 2 pears, grated 
- 3 tsp. cornflour 
Method
- Mix all the crumble mixture in a blender until it comes together & is a bit clumpy! 
- Mix the berries, grated pears & 3 tsp. cornflour together in a bowl. 
- Press 2/3 of the crumble mixture into a lined 20cm square tin & top with the berry mixture. 
- Sprinkle over the remaining crumble mix & bake in the oven on 180 for 40 mins until golden. 
- Leave for 10 mins to cool before removing from the tin & cutting into bars.
