
Thyme Herb Butter
Treat your roast with this zesty butter and herb rub.
Ingredients
- 60g Yeo Valley Organic Buttery and Spreadable
- 1 Clove of garlic crushed
- Handful of thyme
- Juice of half a lemon
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Method
- Mix the butter, thyme leaves, crushed garlic and lemon juice with the back of a fork.
- Rub over and under the skin of your chicken or turkey and roast until juices run clear.
