Whipped Chocolate Protein Mousse

Getting bored with the same breakfast? Why not try this quick and easy whipped protein mousse.
Ingredients
15g Cacao powder
1 tbsp date paste
Toppings: fresh or frozen berries, chopped nuts, and seeds.
Method
1. To make the date paste, soak 70g dates in just boiled water for 5-10 minutes (fresh medjool dates work the best, but if using dried dates, soak for longer) then drain and pop into a blender and blend with a splash of milk to form a paste.
2. Add your Greek Recipe yogurt, Cacao powder, and date paste to a bowl. Using either an electric or hand whisk, whisk the ingredients together for a few minutes to get an airy mousse-like texture.
This mousse is delicious, topped with fresh or frozen berries, nuts, and seeds or why not try out Chloe Kelly's date hack, where she spoons the mousse into the inside of a date. Yum!
*One serving is 13g protein, without toppings. To increase the protein and fibre of this tasty little pot even more, try adding some chopped almonds and seeds.
