Ingredients
2 tbsp smooth almond butter (peanut butter also works well)
Toppings: top with chopped or cooked apple and chopped almonds
Method
1. Place the Greek Recipe yogurt and almond butter in a bowl and with a hand or electric whisk, whisk for a few minutes until airy and mousse-like texture. To serve top with fresh apple or cooked apple. Dr Alice, loves to gently cook chopped apples with cinnamon and a little honey.
*One serve is 14g protein without the added toppings.
