Warm Date Yogurt Bowl

Try this speedy, comforting bowl of goodness, packed with fibre and healthy fats, making the perfect quick breakfast.
Ingredients
4 Medjool Dates cut in half and stones removed
50g walnuts
1 banana sliced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
50g Yeo Valley Organic unsalted butter
Serve with Yeo Valley Organic Greek Style Yogurt
Method
1. Heat a pan over a medium heat, once warm, add the butter and allow to melt before tossing in the dates, bananas, walnuts and cinnamon. Toss and sauté in the butter for a around 5 minutes and everything has turned lovely and golden before spooning over a bowl of Greek Style yogurt.
