Peach Melba Overnight oats

Inspired by the classic dessert, these Peach Melba Overnight Oats are a fresh and fruity way to start your day.
Ingredients
160g organic porridge oats
240g Yeo Valley Organic Raspberry yogurt
180ml Yeo Valley Organic Semi Skimmed milk
60g honey
2 tbsp chia seeds
300g fresh raspberries
To serve:
fresh raspberries
2 fresh peaches, sliced
Method
1. Mix oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds and honey together and set aside.
2. In another bowl, squish your raspberries to make a sauce.
3. Place the oat mixture into 4 individual pots, layering a spoonful of raspberry mixture throughout to create a swirl.
4. Pop into the fridge and leave overnight.
5. The next day, remove from the fridge and top with fresh raspberries and fresh peach slices.
