Sticky fig and pistachio yogurt breakfast bowl

Level up your breakfast with this simple yogurt bowl recipe.
Ingredients
8 ripe figs
4 tablespoons of honey
600g of Yeo Valley Organic Vanilla Yogurt
4 tablespoons of Yeo Valley Organic Nuts and Seeds Granola
4 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons of shelled pistachio nuts
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2. Halve the figs and arrange cut side up on a lined non-stick baking tray.
3. Drizzle over the honey and mix until combined
4. Roast in the oven for 10-15 mins, until tender and sticky.
5. Divide the yogurt between four breakfast bowls. Top with the roasted figs, reserving the juice in the tray.
6. Sprinkle over a spoonful of granola for each bowl, alongside pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
7. Drizzle with the reserved juices to finish and enjoy!
