Cheesy Chicken and Beans

15g (1/2 oz) Yeo Valley Unsalted Butter
100g (4 oz) minced chicken or turkey
75g (3 oz) French beans, cut into 1-2cm lengths

25g(1 oz) Yeo Valley Unsalted Butter
25g (1 oz) Plain flour
300ml (1/2 pint) Yeo Valley Whole Milk
50g (2 oz) medium Cheddar cheese, grated


1. Heat the butter in a pan, add the mince and cook for 3-4 minutes until brown. Add the beans to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes with the lid on until the beans are tender (add 1 tbsp water if the mixture becomes dry).
2. Place the butter, flour and milk into a saucepan and cook over a low-medium heat, stirring continuously until the sauce has thickened. Turn off the heat and add the cheese.
3. Mix the sauce with the mince and beans and then using a hand blender roughly chop together. Use immediately or chill in the fridge for later use or freeze.
