Garlic and Cheddar Butter

Spread over a piece of sourdough and have a classic side with a cheesy touch!

Method

  1.  Heat the oven on 190C 
  2. Combine the butter, cheese, garlic and clove in a food processor. Blitz until smooth   
  3. Lather the butter on top of a thick sliced piece of sourdough 
  4. Baked in the oven for 6 minutes until the butter has melted and the cheese has coloured slightly.
