Garlic and Cheddar Butter
Spread over a piece of sourdough and have a classic side with a cheesy touch!
Ingredients
- 250g Yeo Salted Butter (softened)
- 80g Yeo Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
Method
- Heat the oven on 190C
- Combine the butter, cheese, garlic and clove in a food processor. Blitz until smooth
- Lather the butter on top of a thick sliced piece of sourdough
- Baked in the oven for 6 minutes until the butter has melted and the cheese has coloured slightly.
