The Recipe


1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 pear
200g Yeo Valley Limited Edition Baobab and Vanilla yogurt
pomegranate seeds (optional)

1. Half the pear lengthways. Reserve one half of the pear for topping the smoothie bowl, and cut the other half into rough chunks.
2. Put the pear chunks, yogurt, peeled ginger and cinnamon in a smoothie maker and blend before putting into a bowl.
3. Slice the remaining pear half, lay the slices on top of the smoothie bowl, and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
