What’s more, there’s little difference in the calcium levels of full-fat, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk – so drink up for calcium, no matter the type of milk you like to drink.

Vitamin B12 keeps your blood and nerve cells healthy

Vitamin B2 and Phosphorous are important for the growth, development, and function of the cells in your body. They both also help turn the food you eat into the energy you need.

Potassium helps maintain normal levels of fluid inside our cells. Sodium, its counterpart, maintains normal fluid levels outside of cells. Potassium also helps muscles to contract and supports normal blood pressure.
